One-on-One Physical Therapy Atlanta

Your appointment should be about you,

not three other patients your therapist is

trying to manage at the same time.

At PT360, personalized care isn’t an upgrade.

It’s how we practice physical therapy.

Our one-on-one physical therapy model gives

your clinician dedicated time to evaluate how

you’re moving, provide hands-on treatment,

guide your exercises, and continually adjust

your treatment based on how your body responds.

Personalized care. Experienced clinicians.

Your goals. Your time.

The PT360 Difference: Physical Therapy That Is Personalized to You

Not every physical therapy experience looks the same.

In some settings, a therapist may be responsible for several patients at once, moving between treatment tables while exercises are supervised by other staff.

PT360 was built around a different model.

Good physical therapy starts with understanding you, not just your diagnosis. That’s why we take the time to look at how you move, what’s limiting you, and what you want to get back to doing.

That’s why PT360 provides dedicated, hands-on one-on-one physical therapy focused on your specific condition, movement, progress, and goals.

What Does One-on-One Physical Therapy Mean?

Dedicated Time With Your Clinician

Your appointment is reserved for your care, allowing your clinician time to evaluate, treat, educate, and progress your rehabilitation.

Hands-On Treatment

When manual therapy or another hands-on technique is appropriate, your clinician has the time to incorporate it into your treatment rather than simply handing you an exercise sheet.

Exercise With Purpose

Exercises aren’t chosen just because they’re part of a standard protocol. Your program is selected and progressed based on what your clinician sees during your session.

Treatment That Evolves With You

Your needs can change as you progress through physical therapy. One-on-one care gives your clinician the time to adjust your treatment as your symptoms, strength, movement, and goals change.

Why One-on-One Care Matters

A diagnosis only tells part of the story.

Two people with the same knee injury may have completely different strength deficits, movement patterns, activity levels, medical histories, and goals.

One may want to comfortably climb stairs again.

Another may want to return to running.

Another may be trying to compete in a sport.

Those patients shouldn’t automatically receive identical rehabilitation programs.

With one-on-one physical therapy, your clinician has the time to identify the factors affecting your movement and develop treatment around what you need to accomplish.

More Focused Care. Fewer Visits.

At PT360, most patients come in once per week, with treatment averaging about 6–8 visits. Your individual treatment plan may vary, but our goal is to make each visit count and help you return to the activities you enjoy as efficiently as possible.

More Time to Understand What's Really Going On

Your first evaluation is about more than identifying where it hurts.

Depending on your condition, your clinician may evaluate:

✔ Mobility and range of motion
✔ Strength
✔ Joint function
✔ Balance and stability
✔ Posture
✔ Movement mechanics
✔ Functional limitations
✔ Sport or activity-specific movement
✔ Previous injuries or surgeries
✔ Your goals for treatment

We use what we learn during your evaluation to build your treatment plan.

Because we’re working directly with you throughout your appointment, we can see how you’re responding and make changes along the way.

Hands-On Physical Therapy When You Need It

Hands-on treatment is an important part of physical therapy at PT360. Depending on your condition and evaluation, your treatment may include manual therapy along with therapeutic exercise and movement retraining.

Hands-on treatment is a big part of what we do at PT360. Your therapist may use joint or spinal mobilization, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, or other manual therapy techniques based on your individual needs. And because you have your therapist’s full attention for your 45–50-minute appointment, there’s time to work hands-on, assess how your body responds, and adjust your treatment as you progress.

Not Assembly-Line Physical Therapy

You aren’t a number at PT360.

Our approach isn’t designed around moving as many patients as possible through the clinic. It’s designed around giving clinicians the time they need to provide skilled, personalized care.

That means your treatment can include the right combination of:

  • Hands-on manual therapy
  • Therapeutic exercise
  • Movement retraining
  • Strengthening
  • Mobility work
  • Education
  • Sport-specific rehabilitation
  • Home exercises

Your treatment plan is based on your evaluation and continually adjusted as you progress.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is one-on-one physical therapy?

One-on-one physical therapy means your appointment is focused on you. Your clinician isn’t moving between several patients at the same time. We have dedicated time to evaluate your movement, provide hands-on treatment, guide you through exercises, answer questions, and adjust your treatment as you progress.

Is PT360 physical therapy one-on-one?

Yes. Your PT360 appointments are one-on-one with your clinician and typically last 45–50 minutes. That gives us time to evaluate how you’re progressing, provide hands-on treatment, work through exercises with you, and make adjustments as needed.

How is one-on-one physical therapy different from traditional PT?

At PT360, you aren’t one of several patients your clinician is trying to manage at the same time. Your appointment is dedicated to your treatment. This allows us to spend more time on hands-on care, exercise progression, movement, and the specific goals you’re working toward.

What conditions can you treat with one-on-one physical therapy?

We work with a wide range of orthopedic, sports, and movement-related conditions, including back and neck pain, sports injuries, joint and muscle injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, joint replacements, and women’s health concerns. Your treatment is based on your individual condition, movement, activity level, and goals.

Do you offer one-on-one physical therapy in Atlanta?

Yes. PT360 has three Atlanta-area locations in Buckhead, Sandy Springs, and Alpharetta/Milton.

Will my appointment be one-on-one with my clinician?

Yes. Your appointment is reserved for your care rather than your clinician dividing their attention among several patients at once.

Do I need a referral for physical therapy?

No, the state of Georgia allows for direct access to Physical therapy for the first 8 visits or 30 days. We handle referrals from your doctor after that.
