Health coaching is a growing field focused on helping individuals make sustainable lifestyle changes to improve their overall well-being. Areas where health coaches can help weight management, nutrition, physical activity stress management, chronic disease management, sleep Improvement.

Health coaches are trained professionals who:

  • Create personalized health plans – based on individual needs, focus on physical, mental, and emotional health
  • Provides accountability – through regular check-ins to monitor progress, offer encouragement and address challenges
  • Focus on lifestyle changes – making small, sustainable modifications to diet, exercise, sleep, and stress.
  • Empower clients – by sharing knowledge about health topics and motivational techniques to foster self-awareness to make positive health choices.
  • Sets achievable goals – works with clients to set goals and strategies steps on how to reach goals

Sinclair Alacqua, CHC

Sinclair obtained a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at Georgia State University in 2008 where she rode for the school’s Equestrian Team then went on to obtain a Health Coach Certification in 2014 from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

She has a passion for health and helping people make small, sustainable changes, to have the most lasting effect in their lives.By focusing on the 4 pillars of health; Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep and Stress Management she shows her clients how focusing on being the healthiest version of themselves is key to solving a lot of root issues. She has coached a variety of people with lots of different health goals, from stay-at-home moms who want to nourish themselves and their children better, to business owners looking to manage theirs’ and their employees’ stress better or to college students taking an early interest in their health to feel, look and perform better.

When not coaching clients, Sinclair enjoys cooking, strength training, playing golf, travel and spending time with her husband, Ross and 2 kids, Aria and Cole
